Osvaldo is really knowledgeable, responsive and honest in tackling our ceiling water leak.

I had an overflow in the laundry room and it affected multiple areas, my tenant called in distress. I live out of state and I felt really comfortable having Baldo and his crew take care of the issue. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I cannot stress enough how much this place changed my life. I had a water pipe leak and overflow and they came in ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, NICE and HELPFUL. They understood what I was going through and they did the best the could to help. Jeff, Hector and Jake were the crew and they were awesome. So nice and fast. I especially like "D". She was so nice and considerate. I got my bathroom back with 2 DAYS!!! IF YOU EVER NEED A PLACE THAT HAS PROFESSIONALISM AND WORKS GREAT GO TO SERVPRO!!!

Called SERVPRO to help dry my bedroom out when it was flooded by upstairs neighbor's water heater. What a mess! SERVPRO sent JORGE and MARCOS to dry my place out and also to tear out the walls and ceiling areas that were damaged. Not only did they do a great job, but they were kind, patient and professional. I am a senior citizen, and the whole thing made me so nervous. If my nervousness bothered them in any way, they never let on...they were amazing!

I also spoke many times to Laura and Stacy...as well as Jasmine in the office. They, too, were always very kind and professional with me! I cannot begin to tell you how much that means to someone who is dealing with an unpleasant situation!!
